Welcome to Longevity Standard (“LS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Longevity Standard website, educational materials, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Longevity Standard is a California corporation.

LS does not:

• do not account for individual circumstances

Your use of the Services does not create an advisory, fiduciary, professional, or client relationship.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in California.
